Union Savings Building

Overview

The Union Savings Building is a historic building, built in 1902, located at the northeast corner of Colorado Boulevard and Raymond Avenue.

The Kutzer Company planned and implemented a historic restoration program for both the interior and exterior at this historic landmark building. It is now a preferred setting for high-quality professional and retail firms in the vibrant Old Pasadena Historic District.
